A note on why Renew Edge exists, what it stands for, and the conversations it is here to lead.
India's renewable energy story is one of the most extraordinary things happening in the world right now. We are building solar parks the size of cities, pushing gigawatts into grids still learning to absorb them, engineering next-generation batteries, and writing the early - and very uncertain - chapters of a hydrogen economy. All at the same time, rarely with enough credit, and almost never with enough depth of coverage.
And yet, something has been quietly missing.
Not the energy. Not the ambition. What has been missing is a voice - a dedicated, intelligence-led platform that this sector has long deserved but never quite had. One that treats its readers like the serious professionals they are.
That is why Renew Edge exists.

We built this because we kept noticing the gap. Press releases dressed up as reporting. Tender updates with no context. Headlines without follow-through. That felt like a problem worth solving.
