Saatvik Green Energy FY26 Revenue Surges 111% to ₹4,548 Crore

Saatvik Green Energy Ltd reported record financial performance for FY26, with revenue from operations rising 111% year-on-year (YoY) to INR 45.48 billion (₹4,548 crore).

The integrated solar energy solutions provider also posted FY26 EBITDA of INR 5.81 billion, up 62% YoY, while profit after tax (PAT) increased 64% YoY to INR 3.57 billion, marking the company’s highest-ever profitability performance.

The company attributed the strong growth to sustained business momentum, manufacturing scale-up, and continued project execution across key solar segments. During the financial year, Saatvik expanded its manufacturing footprint, diversified its product portfolio, and continued investments aimed at building a fully integrated solar manufacturing ecosystem.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, revenue from operations stood at INR 16.08 billion, reflecting 75% YoY growth.

Operationally, Saatvik achieved its highest-ever annual production of 3,162 MW during FY26, with effective capacity utilisation of 84.07%. Its order book stood at around 5.89 GW as of March 31, 2026, providing medium-term business visibility.

“FY26 was a defining year for us, marked by our successful listing on the Indian stock exchanges and the delivery of our highest-ever revenue, EBITDA and PAT performance,” said Prashant Mathur, Chief Executive Officer of Saatvik Green Energy.

The company stated that its Ambala manufacturing facility continued operations at 4.8 GW module manufacturing capacity during FY26. Meanwhile, its Odisha integrated facility, comprising 4 GW of module manufacturing capacity and an expanded 3.6 GW Phase 2 solar cell capacity, remains on track, with tool movement expected to begin in Q1 FY27.

During the year, Saatvik also commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE encapsulant manufacturing facility and announced plans to expand the capacity to 5 GW. In addition, the company plans to enter ingot and wafer manufacturing with a proposed capacity of 6 GW.

The company further expanded its solutions portfolio through the development of hybrid inverters, off-grid inverters, B2C solar kits, transformer manufacturing, and battery energy storage system (BESS)-related solutions.

Saatvik Green Energy currently operates a 4.8 GW PV module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana, and is developing a greenfield integrated manufacturing facility in Odisha with 4 GW of module capacity and 4.8 GW of solar cell capacity.
